PetGuardian provides a membership service designed to help members stay connected through scheduled wellness check-ins. If a member does not respond according to their selected Protection Plan, PetGuardian may attempt to notify the member’s designated Trusted Advocate or Trusted Advocates using the contact information provided by the member.
PetGuardian is intended to provide additional peace of mind for members and their loved ones. It is not a substitute for emergency services, medical care, veterinary care, professional caregiving, or regular wellness monitoring.
2. Eligibility
To use PetGuardian, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- Provide accurate and current registration information.
- Maintain current contact information throughout your membership.
3. Member Responsibilities
As a member, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information.
- Keep your phone number and email address current.
- Maintain accurate Trusted Advocate contact information.
- Update your pet information when appropriate.
- Notify us if your emergency contacts change.
- Respond to scheduled check-ins whenever possible.
- Keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact information remains accurate.
4. Trusted Advocate Information
You are responsible for obtaining permission before providing the contact information of any Trusted Advocate.
You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your Trusted Advocate has agreed to be listed as your emergency contact.
PetGuardian is not responsible for the actions, availability, or responsiveness of any Trusted Advocate.
5. Membership Fees
Membership fees are billed according to the plan you select during registration.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Monthly memberships renew automatically each month.
- Annual memberships renew automatically each year.
- Taxes may apply where required by law.
Membership pricing is displayed during checkout and may be updated for future renewals with advance notice where required by law.
6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
By providing payment information, you authorize PetGuardian to charge your selected payment method according to your membership plan until canceled.
Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your membership.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account, where account cancellation is available, or by contacting PetGuardian.
Cancellation will stop future recurring billing. Access to membership benefits will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
8. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your PetGuardian membership, you may request a refund within thirty (30) days of your initial purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted by contacting:

This guarantee does not apply to renewals unless required by applicable law.
9. Communications
By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications related to your membership, including:

Standard messaging and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
You may not opt out of communications that are necessary to provide your membership services.
10. Service Limitations
PetGuardian makes reasonable efforts to perform scheduled wellness check-ins but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Services may occasionally be affected by:
- Internet outages
- Cellular network issues
- Telephone carrier interruptions
- Power outages
- Device failures
- Maintenance
- Third-party service interruptions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
11. No Emergency Services
PetGuardian is not:
- A medical alert service
- A 911 service
- Emergency dispatch
- A healthcare provider
- Veterinary emergency services
- Professional monitoring
If you or your pet are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.
12. No Guarantee of Emergency Response
While PetGuardian will make reasonable efforts to contact you and, when appropriate, your designated Trusted Advocate or Trusted Advocates, we cannot guarantee:
- That every communication attempt will be successful.
- That your Trusted Advocate can be reached.
- That your Trusted Advocate will respond.
- That emergency assistance will arrive.
- Any specific outcome following a missed check-in.
PetGuardian is designed to provide an additional layer of communication, not guaranteed emergency intervention.
13. User Content
Any information, photographs, pet profiles, testimonials, or other content you submit remains yours.
By submitting content to PetGuardian, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and publish that content solely for operating, promoting, or improving our services, unless you request its removal where applicable.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you provide.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the PetGuardian website, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding
- Graphics
- Text
- Software
- Website design
- Images
- Trademarks
is owned by PetGuardian or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Upload malicious software.
- Interfere with website functionality.
